Drugs & Trance???? why? (pg. 2)

| i was just wondering why it's always drugs and parites. i don't do drugs when i go, but i love to drink before i go... am i the only one? i know drinking isn't the most common thing to do before you go, but i'm a really easy going guy. i understand the aggressiveness that comes along with drinking is frowned upon at parites, but i find that it get's me into the music without drugs.. any comments? |

that might be the worst thing you could ever do before partying.
getting loaded. not only does your body get UBER dehydrated, but you are ing bombed and wont be able to dance without looking like a bluddy fool!
smoke a J or drop a pill.. thats wha t i say, and do it in moderation.
i do it for the connection i get with people.
and dont say "trance is my energy, its all i need" because its all i need to. i just drop anyways :D just makes it that much funner. and plus, e doesnt get me arsed outa my head, so i'm fine.. and it just gives me a lil boost of energy when i need it that redbull will never do. |

wow, you're telling me that drinking at a party could be the worst thing cause i'll get dehydrated. ... sorry, i kinda have to laugh at that.. at least i'm not buying $3-$5 dollar bottles to save myself from drugs that dehydrate and overheat my body. if people do drugs at parties i respect that, but don't tell me that drinking is the worst thing when you're dropping yourself!! and second of all, who said anything about getting bombed... a few drinks just loosens me up a bit. if anything, drinking and drugs together is probably not a smart thing to do.. call me crazy, but 80% of people who go out (clubs etc..) drink at night..

Driking at a club which closes at 3AM is ok,
but drinking at a rave that lasts till morning is just stupid cause you'll simply feel tired and fall asleep :((
Btw: smoking pot at a rave is not a great idea either in my opinion. |

nothing wrong with drinking couple of drinkz...
hell people order lil' shotz at the bar of the club. Dehydration not only comez from the stuff ppl take, but also from dancing non-stop!
Personally, never drank more than one shot, just because I am not much of a drinker. As well as, have not taken more than one substance (whether E or K), and even than, only one pill or line. Prob. have done "stuff" at about half the time I go to partiez/eventz (especially when the music played is Hard House/Techno...grrr)

I listened to Trance music for a while now and I smoked weed and drank here and there. until a few months ago a friend of mine and I were heading out to a club, and so I decided since I was in a great mood that day, I wanted to try X. at first I was scared cause I had no idea what the hell was going on with my body, but once I got there, it was one of the best experiences of my life, Trance music never sounded better, my ears were better than a cat or dogs, my vision was great ! I was totally in control in what I was doing, and it lasted a good 6 hours. I would love to do it everyday, but I know and I tell my self this is no good, now I'll do it once in a while, and never abuse it. and never take more than one pill in a 2 week period of time. I also got very good with the glow sticks, I tired to do that when I was sober and I sucked at it. I can never go to a club or rave without at least taking one pill now.

nothing wrong with drugs or alcohol... as long as u know WHAT ur using... & dont use it together... and WHEN u use drugs at a party, use it cuz it makes it more fun, not cuz the rest does it 2, or cuz u cant make it till the end without it, thats just sad... i dont sport, when i run 5 meter, im exhausted, but on a party, i can dance my ass of all night long without a problem (and i am a very... ehm... energizing dancer), the tiredness usually hits me 1.5 hour after the party
when u buy drugs at a party or smth, u better test em at the testing thingie (dunno if they have those outside Holland too, but over here u can test ur pills)...
drinking or smoking pot at a party would absolutely kill me i think, that stuff gets u tired as hell!! drinking or smoking when going to a club or smth is nice though...
furthermore: i dont do harddrugs, on the softdrugs just pot (orange butt rules), and i drink too much :)

All im gonna say on the subject is ive partied without a pill and it was amazin, i dropped a mitsu 1 night and it was 100% better
if u want it have it, if u dont, dont bitch about it :D

Drugs are bad for you always... reguardless of how much you take. I hate to sound like the parent scolding a kid here, but drugs EVEN and INCLUDING X are dangerous and have side effects. You should never buy from someone in a club testing out his latest batch.... if you are gonna buy buy from someone whom you know is a good drug dealer... wtf am i saying lol ... gah ill go to sleep now ;p

The fact remains that drugs and dance music go together, if it wasn't for the use of such chemicals in the early days i firmly believe dance music wouldn't be what it is today! But i dont believe u gotta be off ur head to enjoy the music! I think it reflects on the DJ if he can give u the buzz drugs can!
