Traktor 2 + SBlive! = bluescreen

hi.... (if this thread belongs to somewhere else, sorry)
so i've tried the "new" traktor software and i think it's great.....
the problem is, that i can't use my soundcard both as monitor and master (which was no problem at all in 1.4 and so)
Everytime i try to select direct sound driver as monitor, or start up traktor 2 with monitor activated, my display goes blue with some dll errors and i have to reb00t my computer. I have tried to update my sblive drivers. I have also tried traktor 2.2 but it still won't do...
any help, i would be grateful for.

Yep! Should have been posted in the "Frequently Asked Questions / Tutorials / How do I?" forum.
Anyway.. I also have a SB Live! soundcard, got the same problem, but I haven't had a bluescreen.
You should get a new soundcard (not SoundBlaster) if you want to use it as both monitor & master. |

thanks for the reply ;)...
i just came up with a question why the f0k i haven't tried to put two soundcards into my pc yet....i mean, that's what it is for, right?
i can survive with traktor 1 until i get real decks anyway! |
