Im So angry right now, I bought a Phone on Ebay the Samsumg V200 , The article said it was Brand New Boxed Never Used, The price of these phones brand new are around £250 - £300. I recieved the phone Thursday and , I opened the Box and there was Scratches all over the front, The Datacable was missing, and the phone was Locked to T-Mobile , lucky enough Im with T-Mobile.
the ebay item is HERE
. I hate these suckers who sell stuff that aint legit, I have emailed him back saying im pissed off and i want £50 refund and a Datacable. Does anyone know what i can do if he does not respond ? |

agree.... when i have bought motorola v66, it was made just to turn on for demo :mad: tha next week i had to throw it at the wall to get it work properly... a month after i got tired and gave it to mom:haha: but this case is even worse than yours, cause i have bought it looking through announcments in tha paper (guess if i found that guy a week after)... and yes, tha price was like 3 times lower, so i even asked the seller if it was ok (*naive or what)... |

Ebay promises the items you pay for but sometimes u can also get scrud.
Always see what your gonna buy before buying it, pictures arent reliable.
If all else fails, Sue their asses for false publicity or something hahahahhah |

if so you can return it and request a refund within 30 days. |

I know someone who took a huge risk and spent $300US on some guy who had like 1 or 2 refs.
