Was wondering if any of you have a bad habit of jittery legs when u sit down. I dont know why i do it, it just happens until i have to make a concious effort to stop.

Is it unhealthy? and is it some sort of sign that i should worry about?

Jittery legs occur once you've blown your load, and you haven't blown it in a really long time prior.

happens to me too. when i was younger i used to do it and my parents told me it was a bad habit and made me stop. Now i still do it once in a while, it has a neat feeling in the legs :D

They say it happens if your body is not getting enough potassium. Try eating more bananas, it works. My friend has this condition.

my girlfriend whenever she is sleeping or sitting is always moving her legs around ... apparently its called restless leg syndrome ... and its nothing to worry about.

but thats only if it happens to you chronically, not if its just a once in a while thing.
