Eat a high-fibre diet, lots of bread, cereals and rice etc. And make sure you have some fruit for vitamins. Sometimes eating a lot of take-away can upset your insides. Everybody knows there's more nutrition in the packaging than in the actual food, so lay off the Mackey D's for a while as well.

damn...sorry...i needed help, so i asked...next time i cum all over my sheets, i'll let u know and post about howw i'd get those stains off...
but movin on...thnkx guys...feelin better...grabbed some fiber cereal and some weird "cleansing" drink...goin to the doc today anyway though:D |
