| who thought MC's were a good idea with trance? every MC that i've heard on a trance set added nothing to the music, it's more like it detracted from it, ok so maybe it might be different if ur there live but i'd much rather hear the music than someone yelling over it and telling us wat to do |

i agree tho. MC's really have no place in Trance. MC's have their place like rapping over Hiphop or something. and there are MC's out there that are super awsome.
i'm not a fan of lyrics in music in general. unless they are all distorted or in some crazy language i don't know. |

MC's is the worst ing thing that can happen to you at a party!
Ass****** DJ Jean is a pretty good example who does not only play some ASS sets, but he also RAPS to his stupid-house! Can you imagine that! RAPpING to Hard-House!"%(!"#%(!
DJ Jean also managed to ruin Ferry Corsten and Scott Bonds sets while they were playing after him at a party here once.

not all MC's need to be shot, you guys need to checkout LTJ Bukem & MC Conrad - Progression Session vol 4. smoooooooooth as silk. Conrad more of a vocalist then a MC :) thats dnb tho.
but yeah, true - MC's for trance n other stuff is in terrible, i really like pete tong's work on the essential mix tho, quick chat for a min or so right at the start with some info about the artist is always cool. |
