1) Mobile phone not cell phone
2) If u dont use your phone much go on payasyougo ..
3) If u want the latest phone to show off with best go with a contract ..
4) Best to check who you will be calling most on it .. as deals on same network mins are cheaper then cross network ..

Vodafone and 02 have the widest range of phones. but they charge 12p per text and are generally more expensive.
T-Mobile has free voicemail, 10p texts and is generally cheaper. Got a good range of phones as well.
3 has the most features, but the phones are butt-ugly and huge :haha: wait til the next generation ones are released
Regarding what u want to get it depends on how much you want to spend each month. If you are gonna spend £30 quid a month on Pay as u go , you may as well get a monthly contract, as u will get a lot more for your money.
I'm on T-Mobile, and have been with them for nearly 2 years. My current contract is 300 minutes free to ANY network at ANY time free, with 50 free txts and 100KB of GPRS free. That costs me 27.50 a month ;) And i have the Nokia 3650, which will soon be upgraded to teh sexay Nokia 6600 :) |

you can't get my deal anymore :p
if u go into a shop and ask for something like that, you will only get 200 mins X-net anytime without any free texts, although you should ask them to put it in for you :)
i got my deal cos at the end of my 1st years contract, i wanted to switch to another network to get a different phone, but T-mobile piulled a few strings and persuaded me to stay :D |

O2 Pay as you go
Pay 20 pounds first time when u get the sim card and you get 600 free txts or 300 free media txt's(video/pics).
Pay 10 quid a month into your pay as you go and you get that 10 quid for calling credit and 300 free txts.
Although you would still have to buy a phone. You can get good deals on phones on Ebay. |

| Its all about Phones4u, take ur some form of fake student id and when u sign up for a contract they give u £50 free. Plus if u got with singlepoint they are nuts and jes keep giving u minutes. I am with singlepoint vodafone and pay £25 per month get 250 minutes anytime any network + 50 free texts. But I don't think they keep a log of how many mintues u use cos i use like all the minutes up each month. Then when my contract comes it says u have 200 odd minutes carried over and i am like :eyes: Nevermind ay, bargain contract :p |
