Should i tell my friend whats on my mind?

Ok so here's the scenario. In my circle of friends there are very few girls that come to chill with us. I'm not saying that I personally don't know any girls but just not enough that come over to hang out with. I've been discussing this with friend of mine and we have pin pointed the reason why there is not more girls that hang out with us. The reason is that there is this one guy in the group, who is a great friend of ours, but he's got some bad people skills.
By bad people skills i mean that, if there is even a decent looking chick that starts hanging out with us, he immediately starts to pounce on them and tries to make a move. This guys thinks he has some serious game going on, however everytime he does this he fails spectacularly and crashes and burns i.e. never ever ever succeeded. Now this is funny and sad, but mostly it is annoying because it makes it awkward for the girl, because if she wants to hang out with us this guy is here and the situation becomes all awkward because he made a move on them.
After i started on this train of thought several girls that i know agreed and said they saw that a mile away. I'm thinking about just telling him straigt up that this nonsense of hitting up on every girl has got to stop.
What do you guys think? should i just tell? |

Agreed. Be blunt and tell him whats going on. It wont hurt him.
Just explain nicely why and tell him in the future that it would be better for him too.

yeah my friend did that a lot last year. I would be hanging out with tons o girls, he would try to make a move and it would go sour evreytime and soon I am forced to go out and get new girls to hang out with. It really sucks that he is burning bridges for me too.
Yeah I told him bluntly and he worked on it. Now he will ask me if its cool to try. Which is cool, I still let him pounce on a couple, but not the cool ones. |

I know people like that and its no big deal, he obviously has a pair, and he's used to hearing bull. (since he gets shot down left and right) So he's prolly developed a callous to anything that he might not wanna hear. SO you have to make sure and cut through the icky thing. Use cold stern words like, "Look, this bitch is coming over, I'm gunna try and the cowboy grits out of her, So you'd better not be E-tarded and this up for me by being a block."
If you have never approached this guy b4 or let im know about your dissapointment then he'll prolly say somehting onlong the lines of
"what? Who put sand in your vagina?" cuz he prolly is using your ass because you let him get out of control, U know how really "cool" (in this case he thinks he is) guys sometimes hang out with really quiet ones. Its so he feels he has suport from his boys, but at the same time he knows theywill never make a move themselves so all the that runs by you is his for the taking. (this might not very well be the case but its a pretty good hypothesis i think)
Then you look over at your cooler buddy and put out your masterbating hand, at which point he places some baby/talcom powder on your palms and you BITCH SLAP THE STOOPID OUT OF THAT GUY!!!
At which point he'll thank you and be this really smart suave intellectual. |

| just be blunt. I've had a similiar experience and me and a buddy just approached him and we basically said to cool the down, and that was the end of that. |
