does the i-pod handle cue files either>?

I use this little baby from Samsung

pretty sleek, and holds nowhere near the amount of an Ipod (256MB) but it works for MP3 and WMA files(why I got it) and has voice recording, as well as FM tuner and 15hrs battery life all in this tiny package.

Isn't that a little big for an mp3-only player?
