If i have an AVI movie and i burn it to CD, will it work if i play the CD in a standard DVD player?
Or do you need to encode it to a different format beforehand? |

there are some new (expensive) models of DVD players that play just about everything. OGG, MPEG, AVI, DivX XVid, VCD and SVCD. However, i don't think the standard DVD players carry this much compatability. As far as i know, mine plays DVDs, VCDs and SVCDs.
VCDs can be made with Nero. And SVCDs require that the file be cased in a bin with a cue file.
or u can just mod an xbox and get it all ;) |
