i know that - but Ride is just a whole lot bigger and more funkier prog than he usually plays....that's all.......

and who gives a toss if it's cheezy?? some of us like a nice chunk'o'camembert once in a while :p

whats so cheesey about it tho?

Is it cause its popular and everyone is playing it? That just means its a well produced track!
Teknoscaper.
Ride is cheeze because of the annoying cheap melody over the top of such a ing brilliant bassline

I thought it was cheeze before it was popular

Yeah, it's not the greatest tune ever, but it still sounds pretty massive when played out. Having said that, it'll be forgotten pretty quickly I think....

woah this is great guys, should keep me busy for a few months anyway!

Yeh Funky Prog, does it exist?? It depends on YOU! Its stuff with groovin basslines, not riding basslines, and basicaly stuff you feel like boogying to

Sanders new CD . . Ive avoided downloading it, im just gonna go and buy it in a show of good faith. Nov 3 . . CANT WAIT!

:D

i actually dig "Ride". Definitly not your underground prog tune but catchy and would sound huge on a good system. Its more of a happy tune with not so much emphasis on emotion - very party style i find.

isnt all dance music meant to be party music?

Help me folks, I'm a trance head who's a little out of his depth!

Those of you who've got James Holden's set on Triple J 5-10-03, Chable & Bonnici - Ride comes in at about 34:40... wtf is the track before it? Runs from about 24:00 to 34:00. It's track no 5, and the melody and bassline just do my head in. Any IDs?

ANYTHING BY JUNKIE XL

after experiencing 2 hours of audible bliss at sounds on sunday last week, i would have to recommend pretty much every track i heard :). the man is a dancefloor master!
