guys i need a pair of good sounding headphones for them daily rides on the subway. I'm really considering getting the bulky DJ kind but i cannot distinguish between good from bad just by looking at their photo on the net. Some go for like $40cnd and some for over 200 and I'm curious as to whether their price difference makes that much of a music quality difference. i dont need any fancy tiesto type, just something of good value! any recommendations on brand, model, price i should consider?
thanks |

| I have a pair of Sony headphones that are clip-ons, but without that bar thingy that rests on your neck. The box said "For Trance and House" and even though that sounds cheesy they are actually very good headphones. Great sound quality :D |

| I've got two great pairs from Sony. My real DJ headphones (the big kind) give great bass and have real good insulation so you hardly hear anything around you. I think they were around 75 bucks? Then I have a pair of the small ones that go around the back of your neck with the bar. They give great sound with some good bass. But they start to hurt my ears if I wear them too long. |
