| Sucks my ass, i upgraded to this media player 9 today and now all the crap i wanna c says its not supported but i saw them fine on the old one. |

| you have to download update codecs for your program. you can do that by going to options and telling MP to automatically search for updated codecs, or you can just go to microsoft.com and get it yourself. usually telling MP to get it is better. it works for my DIVX and SVCD stuff ... |

Have you tried this yet?
Go to WMP, select "tools", then "options", and then "file types". Click on all of them!:) |
