I reckon frying pan, 'cos the chicken isn't likely to be the same temperature all the way through- probably hotter on the outside.

| Probably the one in the pan, because a microwave heats things from the inside out, while the pan heats from the outside in. Somehow, I think that will cause the pan to cool faster. |

Yeah, I second that. Also, microwave heats the chicken from the inside first? So it takes more time for it to get cooled down? |
