"A: He doesn't appear to have a name, he's a character who seems to be placed wherever they want him. He's been seen as a waiter, an ice cream vendor, and an actor when Homer was executed, and that's just from memory. It's possible he'll end up like Bumblebee Man, Comic Book Guy, and Pimple Faced Kid, being referred to as "Stroke Guy"' |

The guy's brilliant!! I'm sure he does have a name, they all do, even though some of them are never directly called by it. Sometimes their official names are like "Bummble-bee Man" and "Squeeky-voiced Teen" lol.
