Why would you wanna make your wang bigger?
If it's anything like girls with boob jobs, it'll be ugly and plasticine. >_< I hear they usually use implants to make your wang bigger through surgery.
Really, though, do you have such low confidence in yourself that you need to make your bigger to compensate? Not that you said you wanted it...but I mean, jeez. No one should be doing this, or getting plastic shoved into their breasts, in my opinion. |

just make like a replica of a quarter the size of a penny, then when you're goin at it put the small quarted next to your wang and it'll look huge!

They can make it thicker by injecting fat from ur arse into it.
U cant have it made longer surgically. For the 'lengthening' all they can do is suck the fat out of ur pubic area to make it look a bit longer, and possibly (im not 100% sure about this) detach it a bit at the base which makes it hang lower.
I wouldnt advise any of that. |

| Surprisingly, penis reduction surgery is performed more frequently than penis enlargement surgery (though I'm afraid I've lost my source on this). It's something to keep in mind. |
