Lets have a constructive thread for once.
For all you nutrition freaks, time for some new vitamins..
Vitamins are overlooked by many but yet are very essential to the bosy, wanted to know which vitamins you all think are essential and should be taken daily (pill form).

Vitamin pills are almost completely useless, unless u dont eat properly. |

not really, there would be alot less illnessess in places such as Africa if there were enough multi's to go around... |

Enough vitamins and enough food w/ the necessary vitamins to go around.

it would be alot more expensive to give them a completely balanced diet than vitamins |
