getting rid of a hangover?

help me out people. drank way too much tequila last night and now i've got the hangover from hell. what methods do you use to get rid of hangovers??

getting rid of them is kinda hard..what i usually do is force myself to eat something and usually i start feeling better right away..sometimes it's really hard to try and eat something when your really sick tho
but this is what i do to prevent a hangover:
after a night of drinking i always make myself eat something before i go to sleep and i drink a ton of water....that way you won't wake up all dehydrated...and sometimes even while drinking i'll alternate with some water. |

Lots of water. Alka-Seltzer actually helps a lot too. Sometime I go back to sleep as well.

i've never had the balls to try this, but aparrently going for a jog will fix u right up.. makes u sweat out all the e + gets everything circulating properly once again!
be out guinea pig and test this theory for us!

| pain killers, pretzels or potato chips, and water are what i usually use for my remedy :toothless |

I heard about this theory as well. Im just thinking how funny it would be to look out your window and see the hungover/still drunk guy running along, falling all over the place and not staying on the path lol
But that will probably be me when im hungover and decide to try it. |
