Tribal Trance/Dance Music...how do you now, what are some of the best?

I have been religiously listening to Trance for quite some time now...but I still dont now how to distingiush the difference between tribal, acid, and some of the others, you know. But the other day I was at Billboard (southbeach club) and the DJ was playing this set with all kinds of...I guess you could say bongo beats and what sounded to me to be tribal. Anyways I really liked it and hadnt heard anything like it before. So I was hoping you guys could lead me in the direction of some songs/sets to help quench my thirst. The music was like wiping my ass with silk...I love it!
