Im not saying Radio DJs arent skillful. But G&D? As DJs they suck as producers they kick ass. |

| i think its fair to say that pvd has gone down as a dj as well ... pvd is not as good as his twilo days, his new album is and he needs to update his tracklist asap ... no more nothing but you or times of our lives :whip: also its weird how over the last few years theres been no gap between sasha and digweed in the polls |

What do you mean he's gone down? It isn't innovative to play 4 or 5 tracks twice within a 3 hour period? It isn't refreshing to play an hour or more of your own productions, night after night??? Like an hour commercial promoting your new albumn? Oh yea...
...he was better in the late 90's... but the 90's are over, and so is Paul. :wtf: |

| tiesto is one of my fav djs, along with armin and pvd. im actually listening to nyana right now and i dont see how him being #1 is that big of a problem. how is he too commercial? the same could easily be said for pvd...it seems like the "too commercial" label is thrown around WAY too much. dj skribble is commercial. the fact that a lot of people like him is a result of him being a great dj who appeals to a large group of people. Just because a dj is #3 or #12 doesnt mean he sucks, id say being the #55th best dj in the world is still quite an accomplishment. Lets just take this list for what its worth, its not the final word in judging dj's. |

the problem is that he has no SKILLS anymore, and thats what DJing is all about, skill, not laying down 30 songs, each 10 minutes long and doing nothing all night but match beats (and STILL manage to it up) |

| George Acosta gets no respect even though he is one of the best trance dj's in the US. Not even on the list,'sigh'. Tiesto is good but not that good. PVD should have been #1. |

bahaha. George Acosta has always been on that list. It was about time that he was dropped from it. he got 105 or something like that this year. for me he's not top 200. |

Everyone has their own opinion on who should've got what place in the poll.
IMO i think its great that the top 10 DJs in the world all spin Trance. On the main music forum, somone said that if it was based on skill, the top 10 would be compromised of Drum n Bass and Skratch DJs.
So while I have my own opinions of who should've got what place, I'll just keep it to myself, coz everyone has different tastes. No need to start a flame-war over who you think is a better DJ.
BTW.. LOL at the previous post about George Acosta.. hehe
I'm not starting anything about Acosta here ;) lol, it'd be too easy. :haha: |
