Are the Stanton STR8-90s any good?

I've been shopping around for turntables and came to the depressing realization that I can't afford Technics 1200s. That's not really too bad a thing though since I have no aspirations of spinning records anywhere outside of my apartment and I'm also not planning on doing much scratch work.

So I've been looking at the Stanton STR8-90. It's basically the same as the STR8-100, only without the extra digital stuff and key adjust. It only has a regular pitch adjustment. They're also generally $100 less each. (That's a big plus for me.)

Has anyone had any experience with the 90s or 100s? The only feature that they seem to be lacking set against the Techs is the nice construction and sound isolation. Do they feed back a lot or is it pretty negligible?

Thanks in advance.

Make sure you get the ST90 with an S shaped arm (a straight arm isn't appropriate for mixing). Their torque is higher than the torque of the technics, but their sound quality and the pitch precision are a little bit less. If you're a home-dj, you don't need the 100% accuracy, so I do recommend the ST90 or the ST100
