alrite mate

well that was a bit of a DL :p

very nice intro into the track! i dont know what it was but something in the intro reminded me of signums - second wave! :D

the track is very well produced and sounds quite pro

has some nice elements! i especially like the percussion and the way youve used some FX in the track like the swooshy bits!
the strings are also very nice!

i dont really mind the bell part used but i think its just a tad too loud, it gives the track those somethings you need to make it stand out!

well done :D

thx for the comments guys...
glad you liked it (hopefully ;))

and yeah.. sorry for the download.. i'll try to get a 192 kbs version so it's more download-friendly ;)

i'll keep that "bell synth" thing in mind so that I don't do the same thing again in the future

any more coments? ;)
burns
Get the file size down to under 10Mb and i'll comment :D

Nice work man!!!
I really like your style of producing, the stuff you make allways come out really original sounding, and i love that about amature producers.

Great beat you got there, i allso really liked the bass which has this kind of an acid like sound to it.
Love all thoes background synths, they really make the track sound fuller.

Great strings there, love the melody! and this kind of minimal bit at the breakdown.

4:58 - i love this part, but i really think thoes pianos u used there could really sound better one octave lower or somthing, they are just to high, it doesnt feet very well that way.

You also might think of making a shorter version of it, cus it gets to a points when you have allready used every thing u got, nothing more to surprise the listener so it gets kinds boring.

Overall the track is really well produced and pro sounding, i really liked that one... Well done man!

;)

Wow great track. Enjoyed the baseline allot and very well put together.

With this track you seem to have NEARLY mastered something most of us may for ever strive for... producing... there is no clipping (a rarity with amateur producers) awesome bass, very clear percussion, very professional sounding...

Whats clipping?
kewlness
thx... I didn't know so many ppl would actually enjoy my track ;)...

mixing it together was hard... (no studio monitors for me :( )... Actually, I found that I was still able to get a good mixdown by constantly comparing my track to other tracks and making up for any of the innacuracies my speakers produced...

btw, to get rid of clipping, use a good compressor over the whole track with a soft knee, threshold of anywhere from -12db to -4db, Fastest release, and Fastest attack ... I usually put my ratio around 2:1 and play around with my gain so that it doesn't overkill the compression
