Hi guys,

On some sigs, I noticed the avatar is animated. I tried putting [img] tags, but that didn't work. Is there a certain thing you have to do?

I believe animated files are .gif files.

A gif is just a series of pictures. So you just make the pictures, and use a gif conversion proggy to sequence them into 1 gif.
Mr.Mystery
You get help from the animation fairy by chanting "please make my images move" really loud in a public place.

yup, .gif and be warned, your sig limit is stil 50 000 bytes, and .gif are larger files..sooo..yea.
Moongoose
Also important, choose your colors visely, as gifs are limited to 255 colors and 1 alfa channel.
Emil
Thanks for the help guys.

Hi GW,

The main reason I was asking, is I want to puthttp://forums.stangnet.com/image.ph...line=1057378661 in my sig on another forum. But since I stole it off another forum :D , I guess I don't have the correct tags for it?

Unless I'm mistaken, the gif is too big... The max is 50'000 bytes, your image is ~500'000 bytes.
