| If I want to make it available for people with 800*600 to 1600*1200 res., how do I do it? Make a 1600*1200 file, then change the size and save it as each? |

Yes. You can downsize with no loss of quality, however you can never upsize a picture, without losing quality. Even if you size a large picture down, then back up, it will still lose quality.
Some resolutions wont fit perfectly into others. So you may need to do a bit of cropping per resolution. |
