Anyone see that dude get shot on the news?

I'm sitting there studying with the TV on in the middle of the day (like 3pm or so) and theres news (channel 10) and the story is about some old American guy who goes up to his lawyer, pulls out a small handgun and shoots him from point blank range.
They showed the clip of everything! I was quite shocked that this would be shown on news in the middle of the day.
Anyway there were a few amusing points to it:
- After the old guy shoots his lawyer like 3 times...his lawyer is still walking around and stuff then the old guy just starts walking away as if he didn't do anything, before he gets nailed by some undercover cop
- The lawyer LIVED through it, even though he got shot at 3 times at point blank range
- It's all on camera, and the cameraman was very close by i think it was just after a court case with heaps of people around
There were no heads exploding or anything like that but i was surprised they would show something so real and brutal

They showed it from a closer camera angle on the news and they showed the dude walking away with blood all over him after it |
