| BT only DJed for the first time last year and I don't think he's actually done more than 5 live DJ sets in total, yet he still manages to make the top 100 when other actual DJs don't. |

probally cus people still love BT - Dreaming:haha: |

| If its all about DJing ability then Chemical Brothers should be on the top because they had the best set I have ever seen |

Push actually has a mic and shouts his name consistently over his sets. 'Push live in the mix...this tune coming up is my new one...' etc. Its awful..
BT I just don't understand at all. And for that matter I think the fact the Digweeds (esp. John) are still up at the top (when they barely ever play in Europe) is a tad strange too, considering it's fundamentally a European magazine.
DJ Mag are very pro 'cool house / US style etc.' and very anti 'trance / hard house' etc., and although the top 3 are trance-esque I still wonder whether this has something to do with it. |

Only one digweed in the music business and that is John
his brother george is a world champion clay pigeon shooter
did you mean sasha and digweed? |

| BT has been doing live PA acts for years. I think his live performances count as DJing for the poll's purposes. |

| me didnt vote for gabriel and dresden 2, but some of their mixes are pure magic, but they done not much in their dj career and there are more dj's who done much more |

I ing hate DJ Mag for their whole attitude towards trance, and find it highly amusing that top 3 are trance DJ's :D Hope they shove it up their stuck up musically pretentious arse's |

that is true. however M.I.K.E. has improved a lot this year as a DJ! |
I agree, he puts on one hell of a show. I saw a video of him jumping up and down while playing "Strange World"; getting the crowd to go crazy  |

wtf? you seem to be missing the difference between live PA and DJ set.
DJ Set: mixing tracks with vinyls/cd decks. in mike's case, playing very original and fresh track selections, with a completely out of time mixing :wtf:
live PA: playing your tracks live with keyboards, usually giving it other twists evety time you do it live. in mike's case, acting like he's owning the keyboard while the track is happily being played in playback.
and correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Chemical Brothers only make live PA's and not DJ sets. |

he doesn't do that anymore, at least not that often. the last time i saw him he made one mistake in two hours, when mixing universal nation into traffic (max walder remix). traffic was played a bit too long that moment. but he didn't put a foot wrong when it comes to beatmatching! |
