so i go to practice a little bit just now, and i find out that no sound is coming out of channel two on my mixer. i had accidentally left it on overnight last night, just the mixer, but i really dont think that should burn it out...
channel one works just fine.
i'm using a numark matrix2. |

shouldnt be a problem.. ive left my numark mixers on for days.
check the cables... try a different source (ie, plug turn table 1 into channel 2)... if nothing seems to work then maybe take apart the mixer and try to see if anything 'blew' out. |

can you hear that channel in the headphones on cue? if not see if you phono/line switch is on line input as opposed to phono. cheers. |

| i leave my mixer on for what seems like weeks! i have my comp, 2 tts and a cd player plugged into it, and its always on leading into the amp (which i do turn off).. i should probably start turning it off once in a while..... |

i switched it to phono and now i get sound, but hardly any. i have to turn the gain all the way up to hear anything out of the headphones or the speakers.
everything is still connected correctly, and i'm runnin out of ideas. |
