News: The money in soccer get sicker and sicker!

I read in the paper today that Real Madrid is willing to pay 79 dollars for alexandro nesta from lazio.. That's even more then zidane!!
What do u people think about the sick ammounts of money that has become a part of soccer? Personally i think it lowers the chance for small, poor clubs to do it big, hence we have the same clubs winning everything each year..

And what about the money they paid for Zidane. I believe it was 170 Million(please correct me if i'm wrong). The club is BROKE! and still they keep buying players.:eyes:

If they buy Nesta he will cost even more then Zidane. They payed 68 million dollars for Zidane, and the rumors said 79 million for nesta!
And yes the club is broke. Really sick how much money they use..

Coz teams in countries like Holland and for example Belgium dont have to money the competitions get worse and worse...

How can clubs as PSV, Feyenoord or Ajax beat Man Utd or Real Madrid next year in champions league... impossible it seems now.... :( :( |

like I said before in another thread: money ruins the sport.
Just because the banks in different countries have different policies then others, some clubs have the ability to grow big, while others can't borrow a dime and get broke. They can't pay high salaries, so for example Dutch players leave to Spain or Italy where the money can be found.
And about Nesta: he's good, but that's it. If you want REAL players (who are loyal to their clubs and know how to play the game) you should go to England and watch guys like Scholes, Keane, Adams, Parlour, Seaman and so on. |
