| Caroline, have you ever been to avalon because as a former employee of that establishment i have to say that it is probably the 2nd best club in the country behind only giant in LA. Boston as you know is a very international city and therefore has a very knowledgable trance crowd so why would PVD not want to spin there? If you take a look at the upcoming dj's and the past dj's at avalon you wil notice that every single dj in the top 100 has spun there. Personally, i wouldnt go there anymore except for big names because one of my good friends has recently quit his job there as resident because of managerial mistreatment, but as a fan of PVD i go not to promote the club but to see a dj legend who brought so many amazing nights to twilo. So if you dont want to be a follower thats your choice, but dont try to badmouth those true fans who support their fav. dj's. Where would Phish be without their TRUE fans? |

| lol...please it seems as though nothing is good enuff for you...you come in here talking about how you wouldn't follow any dj like a groupie....and PvD's group is working on a new vnue in nyc but it takes time to get all the things sorted out. Markus sent me an email saying that they are currently trying to work on stuff for NyC. And then you diss Boston....you made a comment about this being a NyC only forum. If you didn't mean your post as condescending as it sounded then I appologize but seriously your post made it seem like you were Queen/King/IT Bitch. You can post as much as you want here but it would be nice if you would loose your attidue Miss/Mr./It-Thang! |

mmmeeeeeeoooowwwwww! I have to agree with everyone on this one. Making flamatory comments about Boston is not cool. I've lived NY/NJ for some 25 years and i love it. It doesn't make Boston any less of a city. As far as not being a "groupie," i love him enuff for everyone so thats cool. You're the one missing out till october. I'm going through PVD withdrawals as it is. Great as Twilo was, its now closed. The rest of us are going to try out other venues in search of a good time. If u want to stay in the city and go to Exit and SF, be my guest. Just don't drag everyone else down with your comments. We are all in this to have a good time. It doesn't matter whether its NY/NJ, LA, Boston, or even Iceleand. You've lost sight of this. |

| Synthsri....markus unfortunately didn't say where they were looking. They prolly don't want to say incase they are scoping out a couple of places and want to get the venue that will pay the highest....gotta remember that Markus doesn't know who I know....so he would be hesitant to give the info out. I hope that they work something out soon...I'm dying over here. I wouldn't care if PvD spun in a dump as long as he came! :stongue: |

| I checked the avalon website. Feder, a manager there claims only fridays are dress Down. Which means anything goes including sneakers. However, no shorts or sandals. Thursday and saturdays will remain with dress code. |
