ive used it for about 6 months and never had a problem and it is practically free.
however if sum1 is going to send YOU money there is a charge 3.1% for credit card payments, and withdrawals from paypal to your bank are subject to a small fee like £1 or 50p or sumthing like that
but i have only used it for that once, if you used it to pay people its free. |
