| Well, lets start with the DJ. Whoever it was, he was terrible. He would build up and right at the point where the beat should come in and every one would start to go crazy, he would stop the song. He tried to mix songs together, but that didnt work to well. He tried to mix The Bongo Song and Kiss (airscape remix), which are two of my fav songs, but it sounded horrible. The girls were really good looking, but they were outnumbered by guys 5:1. But as usual, i had fun as i have fun wherever i go. As long as there are a few girls to look at. I would go again... and i would just pray that its a different DJ. |

What night did you go on? I know what you mean about that guy/girl ratio thing. That is the one thing i dont really like about that place--Tooo many guys. But at least the girls that are there are hot.

| If you went Sat nite there is no chance of you seeing a diff DJ on that nite. Jonathan Peters is the residenst dj there on sat nites and he hasnt missed a weekend there in ages. |

| no, i went on Friday nite. i think it was Eddie baez. i'm sure if i went Sat, JP wouldn't have dissapointed me like that guy did. Another thing i didn't like was all the f*cking K-heads there. Everytime i turned around, i saw someone else taking a bump. at least i know that i'm the best dancer there... well, maybe not the BEST, but i definitely have the most original dance moves. |

| Unfortunately you're gonna find heavy drug use at that place on Fri and Sat nites. The first time I ever saw someone bump out in plain view underneath some lights up on the 3rd floor...the one that opens out onto the dance floor...was at SF. SF and extreme drug use just seem to go hand in hand for some reason. Maybe its the clientel, maybe its the dj's...who knows. |

I'm sorry to inform you that drugs are used at almost every NYC club. Twilo was one of the worst ive seen, people openly doing coke in the bathroom. Factory is bad also but i think all afterhours places have heavy drug use.

| Vorlock, I wasn't saying that Twilo didn't have any use at all. You're right about it drugs being used heavily by any afterhours club. Some are just more discreet about it then others. Funny how you saw someone doing coke in the bathroom at Twilo b/c I know someone who got thrown out b/c they bumped K in one of the stalls. Regardless, my experience at SF was one that you could bump right in front of the bouncers and just go on your merry way and no one would care. And you can't possibly say that it was like that at Twilo b/c it just wasn't. |

| yeah... i've been to exit about 10 times and i have never seen anyone take a bump of K. at SF, i saw them take out the jar and pour it on their hand. thats one of the few things that bug me out at clubs. why people would snort Cat Tranquilizer i do not kno. why do people snort anything actually. stuff isnt meant to go up your nose |

I go to SF alot and have see the staff get stricter about the drugs that go on in there. The once crackhead/whore infested bathroom stalls are now regularly patrolled by the bouncers, the sitting areas are also a bit tough i do anything at because of the bouncers at every corner, the only place i see anything happening is on the dance floor itself.
Seems that the later the club goes the more drugs there are present, I havent seen much of anything at exit either out in the open but im sure its there. you just dont see it like you do in a smaller club like SF. Maybe its because EXIT sucks that people dont do anything there, probably be a waste. I'll bet that once junior enters EXIT that the drug scene there will change dramaticly.

| I'm glad SF is starting to get more strict about the drug use. Back in the day it was rediculous. But there is def gonna be lots of drugs when the club keeps closing later and later. How else would peeps be able to dance from 1 am to like 1 pm. Is JP still spinning into Sunday nite? I heard once that he went to like 8 pm at nite on Sunday! It's funny how other clubs are getting busted for drug use...Tunnel, Limelight, Twilo and yet SF has remained untouched. I think in the past 3 yrs SF was closed for one weekend. I remember going the weekend after it was shut down...peeps were going crazy b/c it was soo hard to get x. JP spun Hani's remix of that South Park song "Drugs Are Bad"...lol that was too funny...ahh memories! lol |

I have seen police in there with uniforms on but i dont think there is much they can do other then check the books and make sure that no alchol is being sold after 4am. The place only gets bad with drugs afetr 4-5am after that you can find pretty much everything you want.
btw how old are you twilochik, that you remember the shut down? it was also in the papers that factory was busted.

| Factory is a crack den. I used to frequesnt that place on Sunday morning.... 6 or 7am show up... everyone is usually cracked out by then... too many juiceheads... and the chicks always looked like hell. I never used to go there without a girl... unless it was only the fellas taking over the dance floor from the cracked out juice monkeys.... |
