Why does it take only one, very unhelpful, senile, cable phone operator, to give them a bad rap.
I just got off the phone trying to fix a billing information with a phone operator for my cable company. The operator was the worst, most unhelpful person, I have ever talked to. She was an Arrogant and ignorant, beioch. The problem was, that my bill was double the amount it should be. I asked her to fix it. She said "no, its supposed to be like that". After an hour arguing with her, I had to get my roomate(who was sleeping at the time) to talk to her. He basically listened to her go through the steps on how much I was wrong and how angry and unhelpful of a person i am(I could here the conversation on the phone). After doing all that, she actually realized what I was talkin about and fixed the problem(instead of just thinkin to argue with me and not help). WTF. My rooomate was laughin up a storm when i was listin to her talk and I was pyhically goin crazy. Throwin stuff. I didn't think it was funny. I have this cable companies phone number on speed dial because they up soo much. I would change to a new provider but my apartment hs a contract with this cable company only. I am very pissed off.:mad: :wtf:
