Check out www.turntablism.com..
it's not too great.. but gives a good idea of what the basic mechanics of scratching are...
i think there's also a scratch tutorial video designed by DJ Q-bert?
for scratch samples.. you should check out the DJ Rectangle Ultimate Battle Weapon series.. which are pretty popular..

| If you love your vinyl, you'll forget about the scratching. Scratching will tear up your records faster than anything (not to mention how annoying scratching is ...but that's just a personal opinion) |
