Been to Mykonos/Greek Isles (not sure if this is the right forum)

If you have, I would love any info you can share that would make the planning of this trip a heck of a lot easier. Plans are to go in August with a group of people.

I've heard great things about Contiki Tours from various people but would like to see what other options are out there.

ive been to mykonos every year for the past four years. i love that place! Late July/early august was insane!
but beware, Mykonos is really expensive, how long do you plan on staying?
The island parties 24 hours a day, from 4 pm at the beach parties till 4 Cavo Paradiso closes.
There are alot of Italians there, tons of gorgeous Italian girls. I think youll have a fun time. If you would like to know about venues just get in contact with me via AIM: Malakaman83 |

went to mykonos a few years ago. had a ing blast! its an awsome place.
you can just fly strait into there. when we went we went island hopping so we took the ferry to different islands and our last stop was mykonos. when we were ready to leave we got plane tickets to thessaloniki for 40 euros each and flew back.
its not hard to find a place to stay. there are hotels all over. lots of nice places and not so nice. they are pretty expensive in comparison other places in greece. when we got htere. we just got off the boat and walked and asked around to find a place to stay.
the first nite there we stayed at a hotel called "bobby's place" run by bobby buras. a greek who lived in boston for awhile. he was quite the character. the place was cheep but was a dump. so the next day we left there and ended up at a very nice resort which was about half a mile out of town. we had our own kitchen. three beds and a bathroom and a cat that kept coming by who we named meowth.
be sure to hit cavo paradiso. the best club i've ever been to. saw sasha there, he didn't even come until 8am.
you can check their lineup at www.cavoparadiso.gr they are closed for the winter now tho. late july early august is the time to go.
we met people from all over. lots of canadians and italians mmmmm italian women are sooo hot. so are greek, when i was in athens haven't seen that many hot girls in one place my entire life. |

| I do apologize for not replying. I completely forgot about the post and didnt receive any emails mentioning I got replies. I do appreciate the info and I will save it for now as unfortunately my friends decided to change our plans and go to Ibiza due to a number of reasons. |

DUUDE that place was a hole, that fat bastard gave us rooms that stunk like ass my second year going to mykonos, that place blows :p

the italians were soooo hot. tall thin, beautys
and I also saw sasha @ cavo, what an amazing night :) |
