I think I can speak for everyone in saying that tonight was absolutely amazing. First, we chilled with Ferry and the lovely and beautiful DJ Rap (whose real name is Charissa) for a good hour or so. They were both very kind as to answer all of our questions, sign whatever we had, haha, and of course pose for plenty of pictures. We really do appreciate it, thank you so much to both of you!!

Moving onto inside the club... well, once DJ Rap finally started (which was later than I would have liked, lol), she REALLY pumped the crowd up. To be honest, I normally don't like breaks that much, but she really got me, and I think the entire crowd, into it. We had a GREAT time listening to her spin!! Thank you!!! :) (oh, and Benny Bennasi's satisfaction BLEW the roof off!)

Although we were sad to see DJ Rap step down from the booth, we were just as happy to see Ferry take position!! He laid down an AMAZING set, with plenty of our favorites along with some new ones I hadn't heard.

OMG... Ferry closed with Adagio for Strings... I die... we all die...
All in all, one of my best clubbing experience ever... hope these pics give some idea what an amazing night it was :) Can't wait to throw it down again with my Atlanta TAs!!!

God, thats ALOT of TAs!!! It looks like you guys had an amazing time. And yeah, Charissa is indeed very pretty! I was @ FYE the other night and I saw a CD of hers and I was like "damn that girl is hot!" but I thought that for a cd cover they can do so many things to you that anyone can look hot - but now that I see these pics I'm def. thinking that this girl is hot...damn...but anyways - great pics, great report, etc etc...

DJ Rap's set is the best. She was doing dj tricks and I loved it. She got the crowd jumping. I think a few guys fainted when she smiled at them. I know I got a bit weak in the knees. ;)
Ferry made my night when he dropped Sublime. :eyes: :eyes: I ran all the way from the VIP area to the dance floor front and center. :clown: I went nuts and I think Charissa got scared with how crazy I got. :tongue3

| Yes Scott, gotta agree with you... DJ Rap's set was top notch. She has an energy and enthusiasm that many DJs lack, and that all DJs should take a lesson from!! She was waving, jumping up and down, throwing in a lot of tricks, and genuinely getting into the music, and that reflected in the crowd seeing as how she drove a mainly trance crowd crazy with breaks!! Amazing, good work Charissa :) |

firstly omfg! You guys rock! I had such a great night last night and all the Atlanta TA's hold a special piece of my heart. The dinner was fantastic I was running just in time to make it there. It was so great for Ferry and Rap to show up and as you can see from Gavin's pictures we had such a great time. My pictures will be up very soon (i hope) on JIVE Magazine (http://www.jivemgazine.com) after my one $9.00 red bull and vodka Gavin and I head down to the club. Not many folks were there yet , but I ran into a lot of my friends from Atlanta. We took tons of pictures together and finally DJ Rap came on. This girl knows how to work it and damn if she is back I'm soooooo ing there. Ferry came on about 1:30 ish and I was up front most of the time either dancing or taking pictures. Sometime about 2 ish I asked Ferry to please play Out of the Blue for me.. It was one of the final tracks of the night. I thanked him soo much for playing it for me and told him it meant the world to me. I almost cried too. I danced more and took even more of those money shots i'm meant to take and after Ferry was done with his set after his one last song he said " Where are my TA's?" Ferry said he will be back and I hope it's very soon. One of the greatest vibes I have ever felt in Atlanta and this is why I love this city. Thanks again guys for the very special night.

Ferry and DJ Rap both were awesome, my girlfriend and I had a great time. I'll be back whenever he comes back through Atlanta for sure.
Did any of you guys see that moron that was trying to fight people on the dance floor by the stairs about midway through Ferry's set? I hate seeing crap like that, and in my 7 or so years of going to parties it was the first fight I've ever seen. Luckily security booted him out quick. |

DJ Rap's set was more technical than Ferry's. She was layering tracks most of the time. Playing with EQs, effects, and tricks whenever possible.
Eventhough I'm a trance freak, I have to agree DJ Rap's set was better
