| Chelsea Pier or Sbarros? I vote Sbarros, and a time? Roxy opens at 11 right, so somewhere between 9-10? Post your opinions, we have to get moving on this :) |

He usually starts around 2-2:30, and Luis Diaz is good as a warm-up but isn't a huge enough variety that he's dealable in large doses. But given previous PvD nights at Roxy where people haven't gotten in who've shown up at 12:15 or so, even though they already had tikets, I personally wouldn't wanna get to Roxy any later than 11:15-11:30. That's just me, though. I would say Chelsea Piers at 10:00, merely because it's so close. If everybody else wants Sbarro's, we probably wouldn't want to be arriving there any later than 9:00.

i missed him the last time @ the roxy because i was in holland, but i remember that it happened right after the Rhode Island club fireworks incident, wasn't that the reason that people were not able to get in? |

Yeah, the Fire Marshall was standing just inside the door and actually counting all the people going in. I've seen it happen other times where people couldn't get in until pretty late with PvD, although he hasn't played at Roxy since April, IIRC.
Either way, better safe than sorry. I'd rather sit around chilling inside for a couple hours than be stuck at home pissed off at having missed an incredible evening. |

Satellite usually has 'em. On Bowery, just south of Houston. Give 'em a buzz first to make sure they have some left, of course, but I doubt they've completely sold out. |
