terratec dmx 6 fire problem

Hi,
I've got an annoying problem : when I started logic programs like sound forge, winamp etc refuse to work (even when I close logic) untill I do a reboot. I activated the option release audio when logic stopped so I really don't know what is wrong. I work with a terratec 6fire. I tried multiple asio driver option but it has the same results.
Any help appreciated |

| I had this problem also with the first couple of driver versions, but with the latest ones I've not been able to recreate the problem. Check for the latest drivers (5.40 i think), otherwise try to fiddle some more with your settings. |

| Thx for the advice. I tried uninstalling my soundcard and installing latest drivers + control panel but my sound still crashes after I used logic. Any other suggestions? :conf: |

well..I have this if Cubase crashes or sometimes after I exit Cubase. It seems to be that the ASIO Drivers werent unloaded appropiately.
Try just starting Logic again (without loading ur project) and then just exit it again |
