Today me and my friend were out smoking a J again, and we were parked in a pretty bad spot, which was because i forgot my rollies, so we had to go to the store to get some..
anyways... so we're just chillin in this school parking lot, and this cop car comes up to us.
He's some pissed off black guy. He's like
"What are you doing parked out here"
'nothing, waiting for a phonecall"
"Is there any alcohol or weed inside the vehicle'
'we smoked a J earlier"
"What about now, do you have any weed?!"
"uh..."
"DO I have to come and see for myself"
"Damnit, no. Here"
*hands 1/2 Q"
"I fail to belive that this is all there is"
"That's it"
"Do you want me to go look in the car?"
"Sure"
- so then he calls back up, because he's a SGT.
so this new guy comes over, and he's about 3 years older than us.
He's like 'whats the problem, smoke some bud eh?"
he smells it, 'smells like man':D
but anyways, we basicly bullted our whole way through because the SGT wanted our dealers number, so we gave him a vague discription of some other dood that we hated :D
it was ing cold outside, and i have a really bad cold. i was outside the car for like 20 mins freezing my balls off.
oh yeah, and when everything was said and done, we got a warning :D
and after, i looked in my wallet, and i had a roach. wicked! :D even though its just a roach.

So they took it then? That sucks even though it could have been worse.
I guess it all depends on the cop you're dealing with, some will you over while others will let you go, people always remember the ones that them over though so thats why so many ppl say cops suck. |

I tend to get really confrontational when cops start harassing me. It's almost gotten me arrested a couple of times. I almost wish they would arrest me, I'd make sure it was their job.

| in canada all u got to do is tell the straight up truth to popo and they give u a warning...i remember we got searched our cars searched and they found hash bottles pipes bongs etc..they kept pulling them out and we were like oh ya we used that 2 days ago i dunno why its still in the car...pull out the hash bottle i used that this morning sorry should have thrown it out...pull out the zigs yeah we just blazed 15 mins ago...and theyre like damn u guys smoke alot of pot...and we all had a good laugh and they sent us on our merry way |

I dont see why they would wanna bust you anyways...small timers.
I dont think they really bust people unless they can get respect or credit from their fellow officers or get money out of it (traffic tix). |

| Cops are harsher in Brazil... If they dont like your face, they put you in jail and stuff. They will also do that if they wnat some money. Tehy'll ask for a tip so they'll let you go and not put anything on your crminal record. Happened to many of my friends.... |

Hasn't it been decriminalized meaning you can't get arrested or do jail time for having a small amount? (I forget how much the amount is) |
