Ive got a Evolution MK-36 1C Midi Keyboard and Im looking for a plug-in hardware synth/rack to use with it, Im interested in the Access Virus range, Ive heard C has some good trance PRESETS etc.
will the C work with my keyboard, I know its midi readable but when your looking for one over E-bay you cant take chances.
Also, is it trance Presets or Trance POSSIBLITYS ive heard about, anyway yah. Trying to make a desicion |

teh virus is a serious piece of kit!
dunno about presets or whatever, but a great deal of pro trance producers swear by them, most of ralphie b - massive was made on an access virus |

If it's got a midi out port on the back, you can connect it to any midi-capable synthesizer in the world (or at least that's the way it's supposed to be :) )
If the virus C has a midi in (which I'm pretty sure it does have), then just plug a midi cord beetween the keyboard and the synth and set it to the right midi channel. |

| The evolution will work with the virus. |

| Get the virus C. You will not be disappointed especially with the frequent OS updates. Your love for the synth will grow after each update :D |

| Yeah, but you don't have to plug the evo into the virus. You plug your midi controller into your computer. Just use the usb connections. Then, you plug the midi out on your computer into the midi in on the virus and the midi out of the virus into the midi in on your computer. This will allow you to run it through logic properly (you're using logic yeah?) as well as being able to use Sounddiver which should come with it. Make sure the guy sends you the sounddiver cd with the virus. |
