Hey all,
I have finished some tracks lately, which I would want to up to iuma, but after some 7 weeks, they're still busy doing maintenance of their servers. Therefore, I've upped a non-finished track to my server temporarily. Please let me know what you think of it so far. It doesn't contain any sound fx yet tho, be aware of that :)
Style is typically Icone: melodic trance, with some new pianos, basslines and some breakbeat parts.

pretty good track, lots of power in it.
some things need a bit of tweaking, though..
the kick for instance, it sounds rather dry on headphones.
there seems to be a big "frecuency gap" between the kick and bassline.
the build-up rocks, very massive!
the piano's work well..
the breakdown is very good as well, awesome work on the pads.
the second piano melody does not quite fit, though.
it reminds me a lot of another tune, plus it sounds rather happy in comparison to the rest of the track.
the main melody is cool.
good track overall, it's gonna be massive when it's finished!
but if i were you, i'd take a look at that second piano melody.. |

Thanks for having a listen mate ;)
I added that second piano thing to fill it up more, but I should maybe consider of getting rid of it. I do know you're a bit biased when it comes to pianos (correct me if I'm wrong :)), so I'll see what the others say about it.
I know which track you mean btw :)

hehe, that's right. :)
but the first one during the build-up was really good, it's the second one i'm not that fond of, the melody in particular. |

Kevin :: well, I will see what I can do. I would like to add a counter piano melody, but perhaps I should find another one that's not too similar to that other tune :)
