How can I merge someone's face with someone elses body so that it looks realistic?

I can't find a way to blend the two different skin tones so that they match properly. Also when I use the magic wand tool to cut round the face and neck area it just makes the edges look jagged :(

Please Help :)

With the extraction around the face and neck I'd advise you zoom in and use the polygonal lasso tool to get rid of the surrounding parts you don't want, it's much more accurate and cleaner that way. To get the skin tones to match you can try to use the clone stamp tool blend the two together or you could select the face with the magic tool and alter the color of it if you goto Image > Adjustments > Color Balance and mess around with the different color levels till it's satisfactory.
