UGH.....
word of advice: of you are sick with the flu, don't go out drinking and dancing two nights in a row, you WILL NOT get better this way:sadgreen:
so hopefully i'll be better by tomorrow nite for Ferry, any advice on quick-flu treameants, I'm all ears. Yess, i'm drinkin lots of OJ and chicken-noddle soup... the only thing I am missing is a sweet and cute little female to take care of me, any offers:D :D |

Bryce, take a lot of echinacea and goldenseal...I'm talking a gram a day (I usually end up taking 400 mg 3x a day when I first start feeling sick until my symptoms disappear). I swear, for me, it works like magic. For the symptoms, AlkaSelter Plus Cold and Flu medicine is the fastest/best results for me. Everybody's different, but maybe it'll work for ya. |

lol, it was not a specific proposition, but rather a general invitation for some nice person to help me out, but don't worry, i do have Elike(Toscher) to babysit me :) I picked up the supplements at Safeway a few minutes ago, man that stuff is expensive! It'd better work :whip:
