1. The Eyes of Truth
2. Age of Loneliness
3. Mea Culpa

And by the way, Cretu has gone insane with the garbage he's putting out today compared to this material.

The LSD compilation is a MUST-HAVE.

I think one complaint I've heard about the latter Enigma years was that Cretu sampled his old works too much.

But anyway, my fave of all time has to be "Return To Innocence". I remember that was once used on "My So-Called Life" and I CRIED.

The lyrics and music video to that song are so beautiful too.

Who would have thought a Led Zeppelin breakbeat could sound so relevant in '94? (Of course, I'm not going to get started on a certain tune from the Kill Bill soundtrack, but that one's great too... prolly could mix the two tracks together.)

Anyone else hear Delerium's "Flatlands" and mistake it for an Enigma track ;)? Don't get me wrong, I like Delerium, but I got into them after Enigma.

+1 for Sadness:D

Mea Culpa is in my opinion the best Enigma track!!!

INDEED, Michael Cretu is a sick, sick genius. His music has the power to make people feel seemingly neverending bliss, or drive them towards madness. I've got 2 of his cds so far, MCMXC aD and le roi est mort vive le roi. Shadows In Silence, T.N.T. For The Brain, The Roundabout, and Callas Went Away are among some of Enigma's better tracks. On the other hand, Return To Innocence is one of the most God-awful tracks ever. It really takes talent to make something that bad, seriously.

Actually, Delerium sampled (payed tribute) a lot of ambient artist on that album:

Resurrection -->Future Sound Of London
Metaphor -->Vangelis
Consensual Worlds -->The Orb
Sensarium -->Deep Forest

Oh,wait, Enigma's the topic here! Heh...

Of course, I like all the usual suspects but here's a few lesser regarded tracks I enjoy:

Knocking On Forbidden Doors
Voyageur
Shadows In Silence
N:Dure
Favourites are Push The Limits & Return To Innocence.

I dont think i've listed to Enigma for about the last 4 years, but I used to listen to them every day. I'd forgotten about them till this thread so i'm gonna go refresh my memeories on this great artist.

Enigma is what got me into trance.

I heard Push the Limits (ATB Remix) and then cross checked ATB and the rest is history :D

I love all the first four albums of Enigma...my all time fav artist.
