New Recruits forum

It has come to my attention that we need a forum for new members (read: new members, not newbies or noobs!). That way they could just introduce themselves, ask questions about forum features, and/or ask for toplists. Additionally there will be no new member bashing. Sounds good to me.
And yes this is copied from the "Hi! im new....." thread. What does everyone else think? |

| I don't really think it's needed, any noob questions can always just be chucked in chillout, which is random enough to cater for that kind of thing. |

| Yeah but instead of tossing the New Member section in some random part of the forum list, it can be placed right under the Party section. That way I think it will be visible enough to new members since its right next to the Music Discussion and Chill Out sections. |

That's the thing, I don't believe we need a new member section in the first place ;) |
