| thanks nem. yeah rap was ok, she actually trainwrecked twice during her set at HOB, but she is definitly hot. Ferry threw it down so awesome, again one of the best shows ive been to. i didnt really get to chill with him a whole lot, i was really too ed up to talk to anybody. But we did get the set he spun at the party on MD. It was a great night. |

Ok sunday night, i went to see DJ rap and Ferry Corsten @ HOB. I had an afterparty at my hotel and Ferry and Rap showed up and they both spun on my turntables. I wasnt exactly in my right state of mind, and i asked Ferry to sign my turntable. "Hey Man, I was here on this deck 11-10-03, Ferry Corsten" If the #6 DJ in the world was spinning in your hotel room, on your decks, would you have had him sign one of your tables? |
That, and the mixer, the headphones, etc.. Too cool! |

i have svenson and gielen and scot project signatures on my deck aye.... just took the platter along to a party... since its japan it aint to hard not many people know who anyone is. I sat down and talked to scot project for ages he signed about 15 recs for me started signing other peoples decks under my name by accident hehehe.
ferry corstens pretty cool he signed about 10recs for me while playing just told me to hand them up and he did them all.
and getting your decks signed isnt really a problem if you dont like it you can use some metho and it will come off quick smart. |

| I just went to Ferry/Rap at House of Blues here in LA last night, so I have to say that's simply awesome. I can't imagine why some people wouldn't want their tables signed too. |

This went down at a hotel? You brought your equipment, as well as nobody complained going until 8 in the morning playing music and having a pile of people?
(not questioning you, curious how that was pulled off). |

| Yea, thats awesome yall didnt get in trouble with security. You probably aren't lying about DJ Rap feeling bad that night though. She doesn't look that great in those pics... It must have been an off-night for her. |

i still look at pics like this ^ and cant believe that that is really Ferry Fockin Corsten and he is spinning on my equipment. He is a really awesome guy who is very down to earth. Just comin out and chillin with us was cool enough, but to hang untill the weee weee hours of the morning just makes him that much more of a great guy who loves his fans.
BTW if anyone is ever planning a party with Ferry, i will just warn you that he can DRINK!!! and he doesnt like weak beer. he kept making fun of our " american beer" we had the frig filled with bud light. get a keg of guiness or something for him and he will probably drink the whole damn thing. much love for ferry.
i cant believe this damn thread is still goin, its been over 6 months since i originally posted about this. lol, the afterparty lives on... |

Come to think of it... Some famous dj's have played on my tables as well. Bought them from the owner of the club i play at, and some hardcore and hardstyle dj's played on my tables...
Lady Dana, Neophyte, Gary D, Buzz Fuzz, etc...
Weird thought actually, although they were not my tables at the time they played on it...
P.S: They never signed one of them tho... |
