IE: link opens in fullscreen-window

first when i started up IE everytime it started up in fullscreen and when i tapped f11 it wont get back...
i made a shortcut to IE with the option to maximize it it works fine now but stil when i click on a link in a page and it opens a new page it opens fullscreen and i cant tap f11 because it wont work
help meout

| Uh thats Weird, I would normaly say just reinstall internet exploder. But you can remove it in any windows after 98. If it where me I would reinstall windows. If internet exploder is f*cked then windows wont be to stable either. |

Do you mean OEM
It will reinstall if you remove windows first. Of course then you have to format.

reset all your internet explorer options in the advanced tab, etc.
should work.

nope doesnt work, it switches between 2 fullscreen modes |
