My hard drive about to die?

I've experienced the deaths of several drives (6 or 7 i'm guessing) throughout the years, but I've never ran across something like this. The drive is making a wierd spin down noise when the head is parked (kind of sounds like a turbo sucking air when spooling, only a lot lot quieter). It seems to be in fine working order, I'm just a bit worried about my data (read:mp3's).
Just for the sake of it the specs are:
Western Digital 20 GB 7200 rpm drive
It's been RMA'ed once before (head crash)... Been working fine for the past two years though:toothless :toothless :toothless :toothless :toothless :toothless :toothless :toothless |

| If u are unsure as to the state of the drive, go to the western digital website and download their diagnostic utilities. |
