Yeah this album is really good. Its basically proggy breaks, good for chilling out. My copy should be arriving any day now.

This album and the single taken from it kicks off GU Music, Global Underground's new sublabel for original material. Trafik is to do the next artist album. I'm gonna get that too, and all the others that follow :D Long live GU!

They have actually made a track called "Alantic Breakers" which can be heard on the Global Underground Electric Calm album.
One of their older tracks "Seaside Atmosphere' is amazing! :D

I've heard Lastuan, which was a rather lovely piece of deep, dubby house, perfect for chilling. Will give this a listen for sure.

I ordered this a couple of days ago. I've been after 'Western approaches' ever since I heard it on Dave Seamans Renaissance London mix CD (in 1997-98')!!
Hope its good, only £8.99 as well, with a free poster. |

Just got my copy in the mail yesterday. For anyone else who has it, whats up with the CD case? Its like a plastic slipmat thingy. Thats fine and all but the real problem is that I cant jewel the CD. The covers are shaped too oddly to fit into a jewel case. Grr. GU is getting too futuristic :toothless
