| How can u make those cosmic like flanged strings, they are found in many trance songs, its in kaycee - millenium stringz and bush - cosmic vibes, and a whole load of other awesome tracks?? Thanks a lot |

well... heavy flanging (duh ;) )
It's hard to tell as i haven't tried recreating that sound before, but my guess is that it's a slightly detuned saw wave with some heavy flanging and phasing.. Also, I think they used some band pass in there too |

me thinks its a combo of ;
delayed strings (set of strings for L/R and detune it a bit)
flanger
compression with a fair amount of attack and release on it
and probably a bit of filtering and EQing/reverb. |
