Well this should probably be in the local forums, but since someone already started the thread here...
I would say his set was great, I really liked. I was hopeful that he might play more newer tracks that I would not recoginze but over all there were a few re-edits to make it interesting. For example, there was some Beautiful Things vs Binay Finary that was cool. When Beautiful Things come on I was digging it, then all of a sudden I hear Binary Finary coming in during the break, my first reactions was wtf is Armin doing? mixing during the break? But then I hear the Beautiful Things vocals come back and I finally understood :)
It was a fun night, great set I just wish the sound system was better, there was lots of distortion. like my friend how I went with said, you know it is bad when not just the bass is clipping, but the mids and highs as well.
Anyway, it was a great set! |
